The websites Titan Odds Ltd is falsely claiming to have a gambling license in Gibraltar, but are not licensed there or anywhere else. We strongly advise consumers not to sign up or deposit any money on this site.

The Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner has been made aware of a number of URLs that are attempting to mislead the public into thinking they are using Boyle Sports' Services. Boylesports is a Gibraltar licensed operator and the URLs listed in the following document are not affiliated in any way with Boyle Sports.

The Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner has become aware of certain URLs that have wrongly associated themselves with the legitimate Gamesys Brands: Double Bubble Bingo, Virgin Games and Bally’s Casino. 

These URLs which appear to be affiliate websites driving UK consumers to the unregulated markets through the "Not on Gamstop" banner. These sites also appropriate the IP/brand of legitimate operators to give credibility to their sites.

Consumers should be very wary of accepting information provided by such sites. UK facing operators in Gibraltar are dual licensed in both Gibraltar and the UK and both regulators' websites can be accessed to determine the licensed status of a particular site. Customers are advised not to use any affiliate site that carries the "Not on Gamstop" heading.

The website https://izzi.win/sport falsely claims to be a Gibraltar licensed remote gambling operator. It is not licensed in Gibraltar or anywhere else. Consumers are advised to avoid registering or depositing on this site.

The operators of the following gambling URLs (www.gms717.com; https://www.gmsloto.com; https://www.winthebestprize.net/; https://royalflushzones.com/); https://www.lucky-loto.com/ claim that they are licensed by both the UK Gambling Commission and the Gibraltar Licensing Authority but it has no association or legitimate affiliation with any licensed operator. It has appropriated the names at the head of this warning.

The controllers of these websites have made crude attempts to associate the website with a legitimate operator and platform provider.

The Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner is making further enquiries, but consumers are warned that they should not use these URLs and should not be duped into sending further monies in the hope of winnings being released.

However, it is not licensed in Gibraltar as it is not real money gambling under legal definitions of gambling in Gibraltar (or indeed in most US States). Misleading reports have appeared in the gambling industry press regarding the licensing of Atari Casino (a casino accepting crypto currency) in Gibraltar. 

A company (Atari Chain Ltd), associated with this casino, has recently been registered in Gibraltar. This registration was not notified to the Gambling Commissioner as a company pursuing the objectives of providing gambling services. Had the registration been notified, it is likely that an objection to registration would have been made in the public interest.

For the avoidance of doubt Atari Casino has neither applied for or been granted a gambling licence in Gibraltar and potential consumers should be aware of the online casino's unlicensed and unregulated status.

Potential investors should carefully read the company's own disclaimers regarding regulatory approval and control in documentation issued by it.​
